Paul Boken is an entrepreneur and lighting industry leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling design and technology driven businesses. He is the co founder of Sourcery, a platform modernizing how lighting professionals discover, manage, and coordinate product information across projects.

Previously, Paul was a co founder and Vice President of Mulvey and Banani Lighting, where he helped build the lighting division into a strong, respected practice within a multidisciplinary firm. He played a key role in shaping the business strategy, growing client relationships, and establishing systems that supported consistent, high-quality delivery.

Paul is known for strategic thinking, practical innovation, and relationship-driven growth. Outside of work, he is an endurance mountain biker and often travels with his bike, riding trails across North America as he moves between projects and meetings.
