Born and raised in the small French community of French River, Northern Ontario, Marie always aspired to make her mark in the business world. After moving to Barrie for college, she shifted her focus from computer programming to business management — a change that ultimately shaped her career path.

Marie began her professional journey with Barrie’s largest condominium property management company, where a temporary role evolved into a 16-year career. During that time, she earned her Registered Condominium Manager designation and developed deep expertise in compliance, effective communication, financial planning, reserve fund forecasting, building maintenance, and project management.

From the earliest days of Complete Windows & Doors, Marie played a key role in building the business — creating financial systems and supporting growth while still working full-time in property management. Today, as Chief Operating Officer, she oversees daily operations, financial management, process development, and strategic planning.

Her leadership combines operational excellence with a people-first approach, driving the company’s continued growth and success while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
