This session introduced the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a simple, practical framework designed to help growing businesses get control, solve issues, and gain alignment. EOS isn’t software — it’s a human-focused operating system built to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to teams. The session highlighted the five major frustrations entrepreneurs face (control, profit, people, hitting the ceiling, and nothing’s working) and walked through the six EOS components that solve them: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. Members were shown the core tools, especially the Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO), and encouraged to use these to build a stronger, more disciplined organization.

1. What EOS Is
A practical management system for small to mid-sized businesses (10–250 employees), focused on helping leaders cut through chaos, make better decisions, and drive execution. Built around real-world experience, not theory.

• Scorecard: 5–15 weekly numbers that create a business “pulse.”
• IDS: A simple method to identify, discuss, and solve issues.
• Rocks & Meeting Pulse: Quarterly priorities and weekly Level 10 Meetings to drive execution.
