Q1 2026 Presentation Focus

During our Q1 2026 kickoff meeting, a clear pattern emerged from the goals shared across the room. Collectively, the group communicated that the following five presentation topics would deliver the greatest impact, help members realize their stated goals, and set the rhythm for Q2.

These focus areas reflect where the majority of our businesses are right now, where friction exists, and where aligned action will create momentum. Each topic has been selected to raise the floor across the group, strengthen execution, and support sustainable growth both personally and professionally.

1. Predictable Growth Through Smarter Marketing

Why this matters
This was the single most common pain point. Many members explicitly stated they are strong in delivery but weak or inconsistent in marketing.

Who this serves
Service businesses, trades, healthcare, fitness, real estate, media, and construction.

Core focus areas
  • Choosing the right marketing channels for your business model
  • Grassroots and relationship driven marketing that compounds
  • Avoiding “one off” tactics and building repeatable lead systems
  • Marketing that supports trust based industries

2. Operational Efficiency and Process Design

Why this matters
Many businesses want to grow but are constrained by messy systems, long timelines, or owner dependence.

Who this serves
Scaling businesses, trades, clinics, agencies, and operations heavy companies.

Core focus areas
  • Identifying bottlenecks in operations
  • Documenting repeatable processes
  • Reducing turnaround times and delivery friction
  • Getting the owner out of daily operations

3. Leadership, Team Development, and Accountability

Why this matters
Growth requires people. Several members explicitly identified leadership, accountability, and culture as growth ceilings.

Who this serves
Business owners with teams or preparing to scale.

Core focus areas
  • Shifting from doer to leader
  • Creating accountability without micromanagement
  • Developing people instead of correcting mistakes
  • Aligning roles, expectations, and outcomes

4. Profitability and Financial Clarity

Why this matters
Revenue growth is common. Profit clarity is not. Several members stated they have never truly focused on profitability.

Who this serves
All businesses, especially service based and growing companies.

Core focus areas
  • Understanding true margins
  • Identifying hidden cost leaks
  • Improving profitability without working more
  • Making better decisions with cleaner financial data

5. Personal Performance, Energy, and Sustainability

Why this matters
Personal goals around health, fitness, mental clarity, and burnout were nearly universal. High performance businesses require high performance owners.

Who this serves
Every member.

Core focus areas
  • Energy management over time management
  • Health, fitness, and mental resilience for entrepreneurs
  • Preventing burnout while scaling
  • Creating sustainable personal systems that support business growth
